propaganda techniques

Testimonial: Gillette

This ad has these famous in it so it makes people want to buy it. Even though it may stick as a product the people just want to do what the famous people do. Like Derek Jeter a famous baseball player is in one of the ads and hes using it so that just makes people want it so they can be like him.http://karthik3685.files.wordpress.com/2007/12/gillette-champions.jpg

Bandwagon: a lot of people have facebook, myspace, twetter. And this ad is saying if you want to be cool, hip, rad then you got to have one of these. Everybody has one and so should you. If you aint got one you not in.

Emotional: The kids in africa is an emotiona ad. This is and emotional ad because it so us how little they have and what all we got and tell us just to help out with a little money or just even buying something from store. There not asking a lot from you just a penny or so. My friend Jonathon helped the kids by just buying toms shoes.

I cannot believe that you used the A word in a post! Argh! The bandwagon is also a bit short and almost word-for-word what I told you as an explanation. You need to use your own explanation.

There are some typos in the Emotional explanation, but this was better. The sentence about Jonathon, though, was not needed. Your picture is also not showing up, but that could be a technical problem.
